      Last year one of the "Traveler's" (the Irish group or extended family
that travels across country running so called construction scams) was caught
on tape outside  a mall in northern IN hitting on her kid. They arrested her
and took away the kid. What I saw on tape was wrong, but I've seen people do
worse in public and not a sole say a thing. Oh yes the kid was checked and
no sign of trauma at that time or no signs of past abuse.
     And what Jackson did by hanging the baby over the balcony was life
endangering...nothing less, what could the difference be....money perhaps??
And I glad you're confident he knew what he was doing, because that then
makes him negligent.
