In today's episode, the doctor called Al/Michael "Michael McBain," so from that
I guess we can deduce who he's related to.

I'm thinking the same thing.  Does Al now have access to Michael's brain to be
able to have the knowledge to continue his position of "doctor," and what about
his memories?  Are people just going to be talking at Al/Michael (Lord, I hate
typing that) while Al stands there dumbfounded, not knowing what they're
talking about.  Stupid (!), Stupid (!!), Stupid (!!!).
