There was a planned walk-out & alternative service at another
location, picketers, signs that would have made Fred Phelps proud,
etc. The slideshow on Yahoo News is pretty interesting. The various
parties along the way, a reaction of a bishop to Ford's explicit list
that almost makes me want to giggle if it weren't so serious a
subject, Robinson's partner handing him his miter, ... 

Next up, applying politics to AIDS research funding ...
