418 - Attack of the Eye Creatures My all-around favorite episode. The host segments give Eegah! a run for its money, with the prologue probably my single favorite skit ever (the one with Crow and Tom's "best friends phase"). The riffing takes a little while to get going, but once it does it never lets up. Truly masterful. 424 - Manos the Hands of Fate Nuff said, I think. 508 - Eegah! My favorite episode, host segments division. Every one of the host segments are absolute classics, all done with killer delivery - the discussion on the subtle nature of hell stands out the most in my mind, particuarly Crow's hilarious realization about the band Styx. As we all know, the movie itself is classic as well - all I have to do is look at Arch Hall Jr. and I start giggling unconctrollably. Like Santa Claus, the riffing is just icing on the cake that is the movie itself. 516 - Alien from L.A. The nostalgiac favorite. This is the one that got me really interested in the show in the first place, and it still holds up. The movie itself is great, and the host segments are all solid. It's just an all-around underrated show, especially "My Wild Irish Ireland" which gave me my first real taste for Crow's character. (Trace's Crow is still my favorite part of the show) 521 - Santa Claus My personal favorite movie segments of any show. The host segments are a little lackluster (with the notable exception of "Merry Christmas if That's Okay") but the movie is hilarious. It's one of those things where you're laughing at the movie, and then you're laughing at the riffs at the same time...end result: you laugh twice as hard. Even after watching Santa Claus multiple times, there are parts where I'm gasping for breath from laughing so hard. Honorable mention: Hobgoblins, my favorite of the Sci-Fi episodes. Not only is the riffing hysterical, but it's one of the few Sci-Fi eps where I feel the host segments match the quality and intelligence of the Comedy Central era. YMMV of course. -- Evan Talbott Hobbes, ol' buddy, it's a magical world out there...let's go exploring!
