Half-price tickets offered to veterans for 'Stalag 17'

MONROE -- Veterans can purchase a ticket for half price to see the
opening-night performance of Monroe Theatre Guild's upcoming "Stalag
17."
The award-winning "Stalag 17" takes place in a prisoner of war camp at
Christmastime, 1944. The play tells the story of how the American
prisoners of war attempt to weed out the traitor who has been
colluding with the Nazis. Tickets for all U.S. Armed Forces veterans
for the opening-night performance Thursday, Nov. 20 will be half
price. A reception at intermission will honor the veterans.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 30. The show will be performed at
7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 20-22 in Monroe High
