Re: Boy from Oz Cast recording

I absolutely LOVE it! Unlike many, I didn't particularly like Hugh
Jackman in Oklahoma. But I bought tickets to The Boy From Oz (Jan,
2004) and purchased the cast recording. What a wonderful recording! In
my opinion, it has the best music since "The Wild Party". Isabel
Keating is mesmerizing as Judy Garland and Stephanie J. Block as Liza
Minnelli half the time sounds like Linda Eder and the other half the
time sounds like Ethel Mermann. This is a sold cast recording of songs
well worth singing. The music is Peter Allen meets Cy Coleman.
Needless to say, I'm looking forward to the show.
