  It's possible that Kira didn't share this tidbit with anyone.  Maybe
it was too traumatic, maybe she just didn't feel like going through the
whole "yeah, I saw a Breen" story every Friday night.  Maybe the Breen
don't look particularly special at all so she didn't think twice on the
subject.
  My point is, just because one character knows something doesn't
automatically mean she's going to share it with everyone.  And even if
she did tell some people, it's entirely possible the Worf missed the
memo.  The characters don't always know what we, the viewers, do.
