I only used the Xindi as an example.  With science fiction, there's always
possibilities and maybe a culture currently unknown to Star Trek HAS the
power to revive dead bodies that have been preserved as Sim's would be in
the vast cold of space - especially where there is a Temporal storyline
as well; maybe even another Genesis-style planet but within the Expanse. 
I was merely contemplating the possibilities of a future plot.
