Titles are not copyrightable.  

Amazon.com lists at least a dozen distinct works with this title, most
of them (including the Sanders) with some sort of subtitle.

[Aside: I'd love to know what title has been re-used the most among
published works in English.  Just to set the bar, I'll note 7 SF short
stories called "Love Story", plus the infamous Erich Segal novel...]
