Q: Do people trade SW CCG / CTGs here?

Years ago I remember people would trade the CCG here, but I've not seen 
any FT posts for some time, and wanted to feel out the group first 
before potentially spamming everybody.

Basically, should that type of thing be taken to the collecting groups, 
or is it OK to trade game cards in addition to talking about SW games?
