Hello all:
As a lonely origami-newbie in the burbs of Chicago I have found myself
alone in the pursuit of this fine craft/hobby. I have purchased some books
and sit on my bed, surrounded joyfully by my fine gentleman cats and I fold
and unfold, squinch up my eyes and my brain trying to figure out how on
earth they got that picture there! Lo, generally I figure it out myself that
the author (Montroll, Beech, Engel (Engel is the hardest) has left a diagram
out. Slowly but surely, the model takes shape and with repeated folding a
more defined and perfected Rooster or Hummingbird lies at my fingertips!
a fine thing, a fine thing.
