I have no idea if they have any web access or not.

But I do know that if you go to http://www.recordist.com/ampex (which looks
to be down again today but should be back soon), there is a list of parts 
suppliers for Ampex tape machines, and there are three or four companies that 
do rubber rebuilding, including Parts Express, and VIF.

Pick up the phone, Call Elmo's service department, tell them what you want
and they will ship same-day.  They are very good about this sort of thing.
