TOM SELLECK NOT TO PLAY MAGNUM!!

How can those stupid morons make a Magnum PI movie without Tom Selleck? They
are going to have George Clooney play Magnum. This is an outrage. The entire
original cast of Magnum is still alive and well and should be playing their
roles in the picture. Tom Selleck has for years resisted playing Magnum again
unless it was in a feature film and now that they are making the feature film
the studio is passing him up.

It doesn't even make sense for Clooney to play the role. Magnum is a Vietnam
vet and that is a huge aspect of his character. It wouldn't make any sense
otherwise. Another major idea of the Magnum story arc was him getting over the
fact that he was getting older so it would have been very interesting to see
Magnum getting into his late 50's.

Fucking Brian Grazer is going to ruin the Magnum movie just like he has the
Grinch and Cat in the Hat. Why can't he leave other people's properties alone?
He has to go and fuck them up royally. I have been waiting 15 years for a
Magnum movie and now that they are finally making it he is running it right
into the ground.

and express your outrage at this decision to ruin a classic American TV show.
Make sure to let him know how it doesn't make sense to use anyone but Selleck,
that you won't see it without the original cast, and that no TV show
transferred to the big screen has ever been successful when the principles from
the series weren't included when they were still available to do it. Tom
Selleck embodies Thomas Sullivan Magnum and we will not tolerate this
outrageous decision not to include him in the Magnum PI feature film!!
