The lawyer seems to have been trained in the school of jyotishittology. 
The law does not specify first wife or second wife. It prohibits, for 
all but Muslims and some tribals, more than one living wife, whether 
married at the same time or at different times. Now, why is it that 
Johnny boya appears unable to call this a crime? After all, a law has 
been deliberately flouted, and a crime committed.
