"Hell of terror" is an abitrary which you elect not to define. 
"Usurpation of power" was why *Allende* was impeached by the Chamber of 
Deputies. "Fascist", in your usage, is another arbitrary (simply 
meaning, in your case, any non-elected regime which isn't pro-Soviet, 
regardless of other characteristics).

None of this has anything to do with whether or not Roger Ebert passed 
along (or manufactured) lies in the film column.

There were no "other side" war casualties in 20th century communism 
reign of murder, because nearly all of those killed by communism died as 
a result of deliberately engineered famines, consignment to gulags, and 
other "internal" methods -- not war.
