I got rid of all my VHS tapes, mainly because I could not find a mid-priced
VHS recorder to match the quality of my 10 year old Mitsubishi machine,
which broke down. All I could find were cheap crap machines and overpriced
machines. I was not about to pay 600 dollars for a VHS machine with some
quality, or 40 dollars for a machine which performed like crap.
