I kinda agree and disagree - obviously older films have been with us longer and
are more etched into
peoples minds.

Other Dialogues
Leo DiCaprio on the Titanic (as cheesy as it is) shouting "I'm the king of the
world" is certainly dialogue
that will be remembered in years to come.

"I'll be back", "Hast La Vista Baby" and "You're Terminated mother f....." are
others from the Terminator franchise

White House and various Skyscapers being blasted in Independence Day
Bullet Time in The Matrix
Ballet martial arts in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
Spider-man on the US flag

While the above are certainly iconic now, they will never be as classic as the
oldies, because the oldies will always
be more meaningful, they represent the beginnings of film.
