I thought it was *Bush's* plan?  

Gotta love these lefty moonbats; when the bill is attributed to Bush, 
it's a nefarious attempt to "draft women" - but when it's pointed out 
that Bush had nothing to do with it ... suddenly it's "honest" and 
"realistic."

Hilarious.
