should be working (roughly) as
interface is "kick and respond":
- view cht.txt: log of dialogue
- delete cht.txt: deletes this file
- empty table: empties the db-table = start from scratch
- chatinput: talk to the material/pages in cache
- upload file: upload local file into cache
- open url: reads webpage into cache
- search: upload a search into cache
- send text input: talk (no user-side log)
- faq: this
- src: sourcecode
- post: edit/send dialogue (cht.txt) to mail and news

usage/context:
- textscrambler tool, markov-chain type
- chat-browser, open url, search, and chat to the page(s) instead of 
browsing
- spammer/jammer posting functionality
- blackbox/whitecube, implicity/transparency, simple/scrambled,
  quick/dirty, collaborative/abrupt
