This is an open letter to anyone who has been ripped-off  by Karen
Douglass and her business Country Works of Heart located at:
"countryworksofheart.com".

I tried for months to get my merchandise or a refund from Ms. Karen
Douglass, but, she lied, kept the money, and NEVER sent anything.

Country Works of the Heart has stolen money. Plain and simple. Please,
Do not do business with these people.

It's unfortunate that people like Karen and her company do business in
this world, but, there is action that we can take.

1. You may be able to sue in Small Claims Court. In Texas, this is
done through the Justice of the Peace courts. Those courts will be
listed in your telephone directory. Call the one closest to you for
assistance.

2. You can hire an attorney to assist you. You can call the Dallas Bar
Association Referral Service at 214-220-7442 for assistance.

3. You can also file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General by
mailing it to: Texas Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division,
1600 Pacific, #1700, Dallas TX 75201. They will attempt to mediate
your problem.

4. If the company requires a license from an agency, you can usually
file a complaint with that agency. If you do not know if a business
requires, a license, you can call the Texas Department of Commerce at
1-800-888-0511.

5. You can contact the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas,
