LVK Moving into Corps Hall Saturday! The Lehigh Valley Knights are pleased to announce their partnership with the Simon Kramer Cancer Institute of New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our new Facility is a very large old high school which is used about 1/3 for the Cancer Institute and the other 2/3 will be available for use of the Lehigh Valley Knights. This facility will offer the corps many practice rooms, our own gym, an auditiorium, storage space, office space and even our own stadium to rehearse in. Along with the possibilities of eventually even running a bingo operation. The "Citadel" is located in a little town called New Philadelphia in the heart of Schuylkill County (coal region), Pennsylvania. Right outside of Pottsville and about 35 minutes outside of Allentown. This by no-means means the Lehigh Valley Knights are moving outside of the Lehigh Valley, but rather, we are utilizing a premium rehearsal spot that will allow for the future growth of the corps that also has potential of eventually operating a bingo. This spot also allows for an expanding membership base as it is easily accessible from Interstate 78. The Corps will move into their new home this coming weekend on Satuday, November 22 and are looking for volunteers to assist in the move of equipment and cleaning the new "corps hall". We will be there about 9am moving, so grab your buckets, mops, scrub rags & detergent...all help will be GREATLY appreciated! (If you can lend a hand, drop a email to: Denise Powers at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Just a reminder... camp is: November 29-30... BE THERE!
