New Independent line starting!

Anyone who may be interested, I am attempting to start an independent line in
the area of Frederick, Maryland. Frederick is about 45 min. west of both
Baltimore, and Washington D.C. I am roughly looking to have 4-5 snares, 2
tenors, and 4-5 basses. I am still in the process of trying to get brand new
top of the line equipment. What are my requirements? At least 2 years marching
percussion experience is all. If enough people are interested auditions will be
