One of the main reasons the Dreitzers bought their house in Queens was that it was
"centrally located" - and allowed Hy to both travel to teach corps in all directions,
as well as kids and other staffers coming over to learn and discuss the shows.

Of course, Hy also would fly farther distances (at times) to teach in corps that
purchased his arrangements in the first developments of outside expert consulting
during the 1960's.  With Hy, the music always remained the primary value.
