First of all, six eps is all there is to the anime.

Second, the anime represents the first volume and parts of the second and
third volume of the VGAi manga.  There are events and characters that the
anime doesn't even touch.  So the anime isn't spoiling very much.  I love
the VGAi anime (and despise Viz Video's treatment of it so much that I've
boycotted them), but the manga is even better.  Check it out.
