Welcome to rec.arts.int-fiction. The newsgroup discusses writing text
adventures and interactive fiction games. This message is posted

newsgroup.

concise "iFAQ" and the extensive "raiffaq".

IFAQ is an easy-to-read interactive webpage with answers to some of
the questions most frequently asked on rec.arts.int-fiction and its
sister group rec.games.int-fiction. (The r.g.i-f group discusses
*playing* interactive fiction while this group discusses *writing*
IF.) IFAQ provides brief answers to the listed questions and links to
a variety of "FAQs" and webpages which have more in-depth answers.

questions commonly asked by new readers of the group. The FAQ will
