If for some reason a major broadcast UK Television station were to rerun
William Hartnell stories, and if the response was really good and well over
10 million people tuned in per episode, there would be the chance that
another story could wind up taking the crown of highest ratings ever for a
1st Doctor story away from The Web Planet. The odds of this happening are,
to say the least, remote.

It still wouldn't stop Web Planet from having the highest firstrun ratings
for a William Hartnell story ever.
