2003 Head-To-Head... THE BIG ONE

Some of you may know (and a fraction of that number may even care!) that
every December I do a big Doctor Who head-to-head competition.  The rules
are simple.  Stories are paired off against each other in knockouts.  People
vote for the ones they prefer, then the survivors are matched up in new
pairings for the next round, and so on.

Because I'm incredibly stupid, this year I'm doing something a little
special for the 40th anniversary.  Hitherto it had just been the novels.
No, I'm not incorporating the audios (if only because I don't know how many
people follow *everything*) but this time around I'm taking in ALL the books
(Benny, Telos, Target missing adventure, you name it) and everything we saw
on TV.

It's a laugh!  Vote!  Tell your friends to vote!  Kidnap your boss's
children and threaten to cut them into pieces if he or she doesn't vote too!
This first round of balloting will obviously have a stupid number of
pairings, but they'll get whittled down fast.  Responses may be emailed
