I know this probably sounds weird to you, but it was a very strange thing to get a handwritten note with these sentiments - certainly you meet up with disgruntled cast members in the parks and resorts, that's human nature, but for someone to go to such lengths - maybe just because someone made a mistake? because they really feel this way? - unsettled me. Maybe it's my merry sunshine view of life, I don't know. It just took me a while to figure out what I was going to do. I'll keep you posted if anything else happens. I related this whole incident because I am a frequent visitor, ALWAYS send stuff home from the stores in the Marketplace, and have never, ever had any problems with any orders ever, here the one time when my order is wrong (with the additional merch) a strange note accompanies it! I still don't know if I should be commended for anything by just doing something that any honest person would do. And if it had come to me without the note I still would have made a call.
