For you to be acccused of receiving stolen property, Disney would have to press charges, but they wouldn't since they can't blame you for something one of their employees did. Also CMs have a lot of lattitude for guest recovery etc with merchandise. If you waited in line a long time or spent a lot, it may have been completely acceptable for the CM to include the bonus ornament, esp since you saw her put it with your stuff. The note is a little weird, but it could be a CM just taking advantage of the situation to express their opinion. And sometimes believe it or not, some people will go the extra mile for random acts of kindness, so the CM may have purchased that extra to include. -- Sandi
