Re: Who would you replace Eisner with?

If you top post, we'll all top post and it will be anarchy! I have been a
director of a company for 13 years. I do not have the experience of a major top
10 corporation. However, some of the things I would employ immediately is an
open door policy for CM suggestions to improve the company. CM morale is down
big time. One can see the difference in attitudes across the board in only 5
years.

As for my OP, I think Cinderella wrote it best in my daughter's birthday
card..."A dream is a wish your heart makes."

That was the intent of my post...dream to take over CEO of Disney! Roy asked me
a few years ago if I would be interested but I had to decline ; )

Hope that is ok with you though.

Bring back a creative atmosphere to ALLOW your CM talent shine and blossom.

I can analyze financials and did so in my MBA program with a GM of a major park
at WDW who was in my class. He should be a VP soon but he often asked my
opinions on course work so I have the talent! I won't pretend to suggest that I
am privy to all the workings though of an industry that I have not worked in or
have the necessary knowledge to work in.
