Question about Disney Treasures Treasure Chest

I recently purchased the Disney Treasures Treasure Chest

Which is all 7 of the previously released disney treasures in a
collectable box.

However there is no tin for each one.  So my question is, does the
125,000  limited release of say "Goofy" only count for the copies with
tins?

Did they actually make more copies then 125,000 without tins?

Anyone know?  Just trying to find out how limited release these DVDS
are. :)
