No need to cuss....
"American Splendor" is a movie based on the life story of Harvey Pekar.
Pekar's made a name for himself writing comic books about his life as an Ohio
file clerk and his interest in jazz music, with art by Robert Crumb and others.
He's had some appearances on David Letterman's show where he's often been very
critical of Letterman's fake-edgy image. This movie has several animated
sequences of scenes from his comic books. That's why I included it on the list
along with "Kill Bill".
