and   LIFT
3       QUICK
4       QUICK
and  COLLECT         1 bar of music total.

The exact interpretation of the "a" or "and" depends on the speed of the
music. With someone as tall and slender as Sinkinson this can have a
wonderous effect, look etherally soft, and effortless. i.e., "walking on
air". It is also the forward poise and "lift" that encourages a lady to roll
through her heels.
