March 17, 1979. ( I looked it up)

The sketch featured Bill Murray as Superman/Clark Kent, Dan Ackroyd as 
Flash. It also had John Belushi as the Hulk, and Garrett Morris as Ant 
Man. I think Jane Curtain was Lana Lang.
