Difference between EQ Archives vol.1 & Wolfrider vol.1?

Hello!

I have a question.
What's the difference between the Elfquest Archives vol.1 and the Elfquest:
Wolfrider vol.1 (recently released Sept 2003 by DC Comics)
What about the story in the EQ Archives vol.1, is it the original quest told
in Fire and Flight etc?
