As far as I remember, some guy scanned in the panels to the EQ comics, 
made the mouths move a bit although the rest of the panel was static 
(think Clutch Cargo, but not even of that "quality"), and expected the 
EQ money to come rolling in.

Made an even bigger crater in the ground than Freff's little disaster.
