Whither Selah?

I was just re-reading the novel The Quest Begins, the scene in the
Forbidden Grove where Cutter unwraps Selah and Malak and they run off
to conclude their lives which have been interruped by a time spent
sleeping in wrapstuff. I have plumb forgotten (and my SABM and KOTBW
are on loan to my niece's boyfriend right now), did we find out if
they ever went back to Olbar again, even just for a visit? It strikes
me that if they struck out on their own and never went back to
Olbar's, they would never even know that they didn't just sleep the
night. Then the World of Two Moons loses a Rip Van Winkle story :-)
The other interesting thing is that you can't tell from the novel that
they slept any longer than a single night. Olbar doesn't specify how
long ago Selah ran away, the narrative doesn't specify either, so all
you're left with is Petalwing's claim that "Bigthings been stillquiet
here long time!"
