Witchcraft Limited Series

Just a question about the Witchcraft and Withcraft -  La Terreur
miniseries.  I know the three witches from the old Witching Hour comic
book appeared in the Sandman series from time to time (along with just
about every other anthology host).  Does these two miniseries also
focus on them or are they something completely different?
