Books Of Magic

I read the first tpb last night that covers 1-4, did I miss something here,
is there an issue 0 or does something happen in anougher title before this.
I've only read Sandman tpb vol 1-5, Hellblazer tpb vol 1, Lucifer vol tpb
1-4 so does someting happen involving Tim and Tam in one of these titles as
I think there was a reference to Constantine in there. Or will it all get
explained in Vol 2 of Book Of Magic. Also does Tim Hunter appear in anouther
comic?
