The triumvirate also appeared in Sandman (#4?), mentioning that Lucifer 
essentially tolerated the other two because it amused him, or he couldn't 
be bothered to correct their misapprehensions.  Assumably by Seasons of 
Mists, the situation had resolved itself.  (Perhaps Lucifer "fired" them 
off-panel when he was anticipating Dream's arrival?)
