If a machine does the movement, her glutes won't be exercised.
I saw one other poster mention electro stimulation. There has been
research that shows that technology provides no significant help in
muscle toning or fat loss. I know because I'm a gym-rat, and I've seen
the ads (in many bodybuilding mags). According to the experts: It's a
crock, with muscle groups such as glutes, calves and abs especially.

I have no idea what Logan did as physio, but I stick by my statement.

The head of the English department asked me, "Do you read any crap?"
And I said, no, in that insufferable high school manner, no doubt.
And he said, "You need to read more crap."
The point was to read more for entertainment and for fun.
