Yup, and apparently DNA stated that they would have no problem incorporating
this into their own tenure.

I hope he does, the Secret Origin issue featuring Chemical King a few years
back showed enormous potential in his powers, and at the same time the
unfortunate effect they had on him (Affecting other chemical reactions has
side effects on his own biochemistry, such as his own diabetes).
