No, not really.  Because while not every (or even most) people who watch and
enjoy STAR TREK bother going to the conventions, I think it is fair to say
that a large majority of those who read and enjoy comic books *do* haunt
chat rooms and message boards and attend comics conventions.  So I really
don't think the comparison is valid.  But thanks for playing!
