In _JLA: Earth-2_, the Crime Syndicate's world was Earth-1 and the 
main DCU Earth was Earth-2, since the antimatter Lex Luthor, Like 
Barry Allen, named the Earths in order of discovery.  (I didn't see 
the JSA issue, and it may be that the writer didn't understand this, 
or that Batman decided to reverse Luthor's nomenclature.)
