Uh ... that would be a Darkseided version of the Martian Manhunter.  That's
how the White Martians look like, and that's how I presume a twisted J'onn
J'onzz would look like too.  The motif seems to be Darkseid's servants (not
Darkseid himself since he seems to be inert) are probably trying to wake him
up by gathering super-powered heroes from the past, twist them into some
dark version of themselves, and ultimately use their powers to awaken him.
Not knowing, of course, that their actions will have repercussions
throughout time (by removing key persons from the past, disrupting the
time-flow irreparably), endangering the whole timestream - hence KQ's time
lapses and Dreamer's inability to see any future.
