     Consider these to all be nominated.  Tony and I did not co-author
anything this year, and we agreed that I'd nominate everything I didn't write
and he'd nominate what I did write...for simplicity's sake, here it all is in
one post.  Not the most productive of years from us, in any case.  Not going
to hold a separate Urns, either.
