     Well, given that Jamie has yet to post the ballot, only he knows 
for sure... :-)
     But the eligible dates on the RACCies nominations forms have 
traditionally been for anything posted after 23rd December of the previous 
year and up to 23rd December of the current year. I could be wrong, but I 
doubt if that's likely to change.
     This means, of course, that my summary of LNH eligibles is always
slightly out-of-whack because it covers only from the start of the 
calendar year - but they've always been a public service supplement rather
than an official part of the process.
