[RACCies] I'm still alive

I'll be running the raccies again this year -- expect to see the usual
ballot etc. in the next few days.

I'm adding one wrinkle this year, though. You see, I think it's in
everyone's best interests if someone take over the RACCies next year, so
if you're interested in taking over, mention it when you send in your
nominations (*after* the ballot has been posted, etc.)

Only people who volunteer will make it onto the ballot (ie no nominating
someone else for this one), and while I'll be using the same
points-structure for voting for the new administrator I will only announce
the winner, rather than a top three finalists.
