While I've noticed that many comic book covers these days are done by computer with programs like Photoshop and Illustrator, I've heard that some still do the covers the old fashioned way with pencils, pens, and some sort of color medium. Can anyone advise me on a suitable way to create a comic book cover using a traditional coloring medium as opposed to the computer? I've heard some use markers, colored pencils, or colored inks, but I can't confirm that.
