What actually happened is I said: However, in the event of an actual
invasion of Europe, all constraints would be off.

To which you replied: All of that is true, but the result of that is
that only England and France have the capability to supply a
division-level force in the field, and they are both limited to one
division, each.

Let's make this clear: You clearly stated that *in the event of an 
invasion of Europe* the UK would only be able to put one division in 
the field.

I put it to you that you are talking out of your arse.
